EVIDENCE, EXPLAINED
A useful capability record explains what is claimed, what supports it, and how relevant it is to the requirement.
Information supplied by the manufacturer. It helps start a conversation, but is not independent confirmation.
A relevant document has been reviewed against a defined claim. Its scope and date should remain visible.
A defined capability has been shown through a relevant part, assessment or qualification activity.
These are the evidence categories Fabstacks is designing around. The example profiles on this site do not represent completed reviews or supplier verification.
WHAT EVERY RECORD SHOULD EXPLAIN
Who supplied or reviewed the information?
Which process, material, features and conditions does it cover?
When was the information created, checked or last updated?
What is excluded, missing or still unresolved?
How closely does it relate to this part and quantity?
What conversation, assessment or qualification work remains?
A single badge cannot explain every capability. A certificate or sample report should be read within its scope.
